How to set your business up for investment and growth – with Cherry Black & Mint Legal
Having a strong cash flow structure in place is key to any successful start-up.
When you know how your money is coming and going, you can truly be accountable for how your business is performing and feel confident you’re taking it to its next level of success.
Many start-ups fail because business owners haven’t correctly accounted for bills, wages, realistic profit intake, and even their own wage at the end of the day. Without a strong cash flow structure in place, or just knowing exactly how much money you have, you run the risk of falling behind on your payments, losing investor interest and confidence and ultimately your business’ growth can stagnate.
You can’t run your dream on a deficit, after all.
Expect to walk away from this session, not only with a better understanding of how to set your business up for investment & growth but actionable steps to assist you in creating a strong cash flow plan.
