Event details (from Meetup.com):
Local Startup Heavyweight Andy Lamb will get your brain juices flowing with a no holds barred presentation on all things Fintech, IoT and data driven businesses in Perth. Andy will give insight into how Atomic Sky and TechHub are establishing connections to the east and building relationships with northern partners. He’s got an ambitious plan for TechHub and Atomic Sky to align their capability to these emerging sectors. Based on what’s happening in the market right now, how can Perth compete on a global scale?
If that wasn’t enough to wake you up in the morning, Andy is going to discuss how to bring startup thinking to any business… including corporates. Got your attention now?
Jessie Yeun will also give a five minute presentation on the new Perth Device Lab! The Perth Device Lab is a free space to test your digital products on a growing range of mobile devices, simulators, and virtual machines.
Jesse has also asked us to put the word out before hand that they’re looking for donations of old/unused devices. If you have a device lying around gathering dust, please bring it along to Morning Startup and give it a new lease on life in the Perth Device Lab. They’ll look after it (promise) and you can take it back whenever you want!
They’re looking for Android devices of any model, Amazon Kindle Fires, Windows Phones/Tablets/Surfaces, HP Touchpads, contemporary feature Phones, Apple Watches, any anything in-between.
Bring a coffee and join Andy, Jesse and your fellow startupers in SpaceCubed at 7.30am next Wednesday, Sept 7th. See y’all there!
